Shipping aifeatures.ai — My First Live Product
This portfolio documents how I build and ship software — Woodpecker, Forgejo, check-qa, SFTP to IONOS. Until now every public URL under my name was either that meta case study or employer work. aifeatures.ai is the first product I own end to end: a live comparison site strangers can use without reading my engineering hub.
The tagline is deliberate: CanIUse for AI tools. Developers already know caniuse.com for browser features. Picking an AI assistant means the same question — does it have voice, persistent memory, image generation, GDPR opt-out? — asked thirty-three times across vendor marketing pages. I built one matrix instead.
Every AI launch week adds a feature bullet list that ages before the blog post is indexed. ChatGPT gets memory; Claude gets artifacts; Gemini gets video understanding. Comparing plans means opening ten tabs and reconciling different words for the same capability.
