The check-qa Release Verification Gate — Blocking Broken Deployments

Passing unit tests and successful TypeScript compilation are necessary conditions for shipping software, but they are far from sufficient. A project can compile with zero TypeScript errors and pass every unit test, yet still deploy a release containing broken asset links, duplicate `<title>` tags that confuse search engines, missing sitemap entries, or corrupted static HTML fallbacks.

To bridge the gap between code compilation and production deployment, our pipeline enforces an automated release gate: `check-qa.cjs`. Executing immediately prior to SFTP upload, this script performs comprehensive post-build static analysis on the compiled `dist/` artifact, guaranteeing that flawed releases never touch production.

`check-qa.cjs` operates as a strict quality inspector for the compiled web application. It ingests the centralized route registry from `scripts/seo-routes.cjs` and systematically walks the generated files on disk in `dist/`.
