Traefik noindex for Private Platform Services

Running a complete self-hosted developer infrastructure means managing multiple internal services: a Forgejo git forge, a Woodpecker CI/CD engine, a Plane project management board, and telemetry monitoring dashboards. While these services live on subdomains to enable secure remote access for automated pipelines and team members, they must remain strictly invisible to public search engine crawlers.

If internal developer services are crawled and indexed by Googlebot or Bing, private issue titles, repository commit messages, build logs, and software version banners become publicly searchable. To maintain absolute platform hygiene, we enforce search engine exclusion at the reverse proxy layer using Traefik HTTP middleware.

The traditional approach to search engine exclusion is placing a `robots.txt` file at the root of a website containing `User-agent: * Disallow: /`. However, in a containerized Docker environment running upstream open-source images, managing `robots.txt` inside each container is fragile.
